A benchmark has appeared of the Xeon 654. Earlier we reported this as one of the models belonging to the leaked Xeon Granite Rapids-WS series lineup.

The Geekbench benchmark tells us this model has 18 cores, 36 threads and a boost frequency of 4.77GHz. Comparing the scores of the benchmark with a similar processor of AMD, the Threadripper Pro 9955WX, the AMD appears to be the faster one of the two.
