Intel listed on their website that the Arrow Lake-S Refresh processors will officialy support DDR5-7200. The current Arrow Lake serie has only official support till DDR5-6400, although frequently used with higher memory speeds.

The release date voor this new serie of processors is not known yet, it is expected that Intel will share more information at the upcoming Consumer Electronics Show in January
